Their specialty in Bison was interesting and delicious. The Bison nachos were the best Nachos I’d ever had, it is fresh Jalapenos for the spice adverse.

The Bison fillet was incredible, an experience worth every penny. The cocktails I tried were great and the staff was very kind. Could have been a bit more attentive but the place was fairly busy.

The food here is absolutely fantastic. They have a great variety (including not bison options). I eat here very often, and will continue to do so. However, my father and I had a horrible experience with their host staff:

We showed up for dinner a little before 6:00 on a Saturday evening and fully expected a wait. The host told us 15-20 minutes. Great! Less time than we thought. Nearly an hour later, my father (who is a Type 1 Diabetic, worrying that his blood sugar could be tanking as he waits) goes back to the stand to check on our position on the list, and we had been crossed off as if we had already been seated.

In my experience with Ted’s, that event is a fluke, but severe enough for me to dock a star. Food is worth five stars. Wait staff was worth five stars. But host staff left some to be desired.

Upon putting our name in for a table for 2, we were told 20-25 minutes. We had to ask how we would be notified our table is ready and we were told our name would be called out. After checking on our status the 2nd time, we were told 1 table was ahead of us. Feeling like he had some time, my husband went to the bathroom. I noticed the hostess walking in my direction and then turn around ultimately seating a couple that arrived after us without reservations. We did get seated but I did reminded the hostess she said she would call the name. Once seated we were greeted by our server right away and brought waters. We placed our order immediately as we studied the menu while waiting for our table. We did not see our server until our food was brought out. We had to ask a manager for refills on water. Again, we never saw the server. The manager cleared our table and asked about dessert, which we reluctantly ordered. It was taking quite some time so we did find our server to ask for our check. Of course, our dessert came out within minutes. I will add, NOBODY asked how the food or experience was, including the manger. I will admit, other servers around us seemed very attentive to their customers so maybe we were just unlucky. The food was fair.

The atmosphere alone in this place is enthralling, you feel thrusted into a cozy western scene as soon as you walk through the door. I love the little booths, they provide a refreshing privacy to the dining experience. I know this place is known for the burgers, but everything they offer is quality. I cant get enough of the salmon!

Chose this restaurant because they offered bison burgers and entrees. My husband selected a bison burger and I had their bison meatloaf. They were both delicious. My husband ordered a kale salad for his side and it is the best I tasted at any restaurant. But my side of fries was a bit greasy. Their booths were private and comfortable. Wait staff was friendly. We will be back when in the area.
