Awesome food (I love the tempura fried sushi rolls) and always great service. Today we had Wesley as our server and he was most attentive and had great sense of humor. Thank you for an excellent experience!

Sticky floor, awful food, and no opportunity to ask for something else:

My curry was insanely sugary. Not the hint of sweetness you might expect in a “sweet and spicy” entree. No joking, it tasted like melted coconut ice cream with some chili in it. I’ve had Penang curry in multiple restaurants and it’s never been anywhere near that sweet.

The chicken was overcooked and tough and the green beans were… not fresh. The floor around our table was sticky, as though someone had spilled a bowl of honey on it. it was so sticky I could hear the sound of my shoes sticking and coming unstuck with every step, even over the noise of a Saturday night crowd.

Responding to the owner’s “response” to my review: I would’ve asked for a replacement dish, but the server didn’t come back until my friend was done eating and I didn’t want to make her wait. I told him that I was disappointed and couldn’t eat the meal, and I just got a “too bad. You should’ve gotten the yellow curry.”

The service at Sake Bomb is excellent. They have a great lunch special and the side salad is very tasty. They also offer buy one get one free sushi rolls.
The menu is a bit confusing when it comes to what sushi options are available – you have to cross reference three different sections of the menu plus a piece of paper.
The sushi tastes okay but is poorly assembled (falls apart, pieces vary in size).

Good sushi, more of a fried rolls with sauces type of place than a super fresh fish sashimi place
