Very cozy and the food was great! Our waitress was lovely and attentive without being intrusive. Will definitely be back!!

The food was fantastic. I had the Blu Rockefeller and the amberjack fish special. Every thing was delicious.

My girlfriend and I went for Triangle restaurant week. The staff was friendly and helpful. We both had the oyster rockefeller appetizer, which was fried lightly and very good. Our main dishes were the catch of the day and shrimp and grits, Both having grits in them. The grits on both dishes were in big clumps as if cold and reheated and no liquid in them. The flavors were good however. We hoped to have a good dessert to save the meal but they were out of the one we wanted, but they did take the price off for the lack of the dessert. So good service. Really wanted to like this place more, and would try again if not for the numerous other options in the area. Worth a try at least

Great food but the decor could use some sprucing up.

Food and service was excellent. Portion size a tad small for the price… but I can live with that.
    BUT…..

-1 star for the dingy appearance of the restaurant. In desperate need for a renovation…..

-1 star for the dessert size. $8.00 for an 1” slice of chocolate torte or a weak key lime dessert, also 1” slice for $7.50. Truly disappointed in that. Such a tiny serving

There was 3 tables with people at 8pm on a Saturday. Every time I’ve passed the restaurant I thought it was crowded. The parking lot and street are always full. We had to park down the street. Seems everyone was at Vin Rouge and not Blu.
