    I’ve come here late night several times and that crew is always so amazing. They often have to deal with being out of something or machines that are down and can’t be fixed till morning. Despite that they do everything they can to help the customer and in general are just nice people. they’ve had the same crew for about the last year when I’ve been going and they’re all amazing.

    If you go here late night just remember to be understanding. There isn’t a late-night tech staff to solve problems easily. I remember one time recently they had to take cash only and figure amounts manually. Yet regardless of all that, they always gave me quality food, got my order right, and managed to somehow keep a smile on despite other customers not understanding the situation as well.

    Hands down best McDonald’s in Durham.

    Not very satisfied with this McDonald’s. Upon entering the drive-through I ordered a large coffee and one of their dollar sausage biscuits. When I got my order I got a very small coffee and when I tried to correct them and tell them it was supposed to be a large the employee called for the manager and the manager in a not very friendly voice had told me that it’s going to be a $50charge to fix something that they messed up. My sandwich was cold and when I tried to get that fixed o was told it was only cold because o took too long with my payment. I would not and will not recommend this location.

    It was fine. The food was fresh and the staff friendly. Due to some construction the parking lot was a bit of a mess and we had to walk around the building. Not really the restaurant’s fault, though.

    We are not seeing attention to detail here. On my last visit, I received a half full cup of ice cream for my sundae. My Carmel Latte was also half full and the only carmel was what they dripped on the outside of the cup.
    **Update** Received the response below to my complaint on their survey. Seems pretty generic since food quality and safety were not the main part of my complaint, but rather that they didn’t give me full items. Ok, well I guess that leaving the caramel out is a quality issue.

    Staff was very friendly, and there wasn’t a terrible wait. Food was good. But they didn’t put bacon on the bacon burger we ordered, and the high C didn’t have enough syrup so it tasted like water. This gets a 4 instead of a 3 because they gave us two extra plain medium french fries that we didn’t order for our “long” wait (~10 minutes).
