Firstly, if you go on a Saturday or Sunday it is okay to park in the gravel parking lot to the left of the restaurant. I have always loved the ambiance of Vin Rouge. It is a great little spot for dates or family meals. I would recommend to make a reservation either a day or two head of time depending on the size of the party. Our waitress was quite attentive. The French onion soup is delicious. Vin Rouge is go for both dinner and Sunday brunch. However, this is not a budget diner. The final bill can be expensive. As far as the dress code, I’ve seen people dress up really nice and some in tee-shirt and jeans.

This is our favorite restaurant in the whole area. My husband and I love it. We have great memories and and great food and great service. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The food is delicious and the ambience is perfect for date night. Michelle is an incredible server and helpful and so considerate. We will return soon.

Good food but some service issues
It was very busy, being Triangle Restaurant Week, my wife’s food was not hot, even after sending it back. The dessert was lost for a bit. They did make it right on the bill however. I think it would be worth a try when less busy.

The food was awesome, friendly staff from the moment we arrived. A little loud but can’t be helped when the restaurant is packed. Roy Rice our server was amazing. He gave us history on the restaurant, hell with the selections. We will ask for him again. Thank you
