Greeted as soon as I walked in and there was no line. Ordered the white fish and shrimp combo w/ mac n cheese and hush puppies. Food came out hot, fresh and delicious. I will be returning to try out more items on the menu. The cashier Mimi had Great Customer service which is a plus. I hope this restaurant sticks around.

It was very, very busy and took a while to get order. The staff was friendly. I asked for grilled fish, instead I received broiled fish. There wasn’t much flavor in the collards. My mother’s fish was fried too hard. Despite the fact that the food wasn’t totally cooked properly, I will try it again on a less crowded night.

You will certainly enjoy the food on the menu.Cooked to perfection and very good from the first bite till the last bite. I love their catfish sandwich, awesome. You get 3 nice size pieces they serve by the ounce well worth it and reasonably priced. The restaurant is clean and atmosphere friendly.Customer service is friendly and knowledge of the menu.I would recommend their fish dinner also, they have kid meals, and desserts. So get to stepping if you want a meal worth having.

I have never felt more disrespected then I did the day I chose to eat here. This was my first time eating at this establishment and I was dining with a long time friend of mines, that I had not talked to in years. Once I had completed my meal and my friend had retrieved her togo tray, we were shortly approached by a staff member whom proceeded to ask if we were done; so she could take our trays. It was then she also asked if we could leave due to there were other customers who needed to be seated. It completely took my friend and I by surprise. I have never been asked to exit an establishment that I am spending money at and due to those reasons, this was my first and last time patronizing this business. The lack of hospitality takes away from the food and our experience was ruined.

Food was fresh but fries were average and collards we’re not seasoned! I extremely enjoyed the fried okra! The fried shrimp was a nice size and not those little itty bitty ones that Mayflower sells for you.

Whiting was delicious as well, and since seafood is my favorite, I definitely plan on returning to try what else they have on the menu!
