I come here often for business during lunch and dinner. I find the Chop House convenient and with above average to excellent food. However, lately (over the last 2-3 months) the service has been only average to below average. I went to dinner on Wednesday (1/9) with a colleague. The person at the front desk was excellent but told us it would be a 30 minute wait. It was very busy. I told her we would wait at the bar. We waited at the bar for almost 15 minutes trying to make eye contact before a bartender took our drink order (they were very confused). Looking around I saw at least four booths that were empty but had not been cleaned. What appeared to be the manager walk by them at least three times. They stayed that way for the entire time we were at the bar. We were seated about 35-40 minutes and our waiter was less than hospitable. Bottom line, lunches are great and dinners are a toss up regarding service. If there is a wait, you may want to head elsewhere.

I want to start this review by saying that I rarely rip into a restaurant. When you go to a chop house, you expect a good experience and prime cuts cooked perfectly. I ordered a ribeye. I was served a NY Strip. The NY strip was tougher than a $2 steak. There were 10 people in our party. Not one person in the party finished their food. The wait staff was friendly, but it took many requests to get water refills. My meal came in around $50 before tip. Save your money and go to an Outback or something.

Had an awesome experience here. April, our waitress, was so nice & attentive! The food was delicious. We were a little late for our reservation but the host was very nice about it & gave us no problems. M husband request a special table when he made a reservation for our anniversary dinner & it was not done for us when we got there but they immediately fixed another table up for us & moved us so no complaints! Cannot wait to go back!!

A classy place with extremely attentive servers (sometimes too attentive). The lunch options are plentiful for reasonable prices for a chop house. The food portions were large and tasty overall. The chicken alfredo pasta had great flavor, however the pork tacos lacked seasoning /sauce and were quite bland.

During Valentines week of 2019, I was out of town on business. So I called from Washington state, and reserved a Valentines Dinner with my wife for 2/15. I gave very specific details, romantic table, remote (if possible) from others, etc. When we arrived, they didn’t have my reservation. They seated us in a room full of people and it was very loud due to one obnoxious bimbo from New Jersey quite possibly. Others around us celebrating their 55th wedding anniversary couldn’t take any longer either. Very sad, that a customer could give such a poor outlook on an establishment, but they did lose my reservation. The food was excellent, filet was AWESOME!!! Service was above reproach, but I would probably get someone more responsible to take reservations. Don’t think I will ever go back. What should have been a perfect Valentines dinner, was ruined by both the establishment and the obnoxious customer.
