    Extremely polite and helpful employees. They make you feel welcome from the moment you come in to the time you leave. We both had steak, the appearance was great when it arrived to the table. However they need to take the seasoning shaker from the cook. It was extremely and highly seasoned, neither of us could finish our steak due to the seasoning flavoring. The waitress offered another one, but I declined the offer. Have to give it the staff for being there in a winter storm when so many other businesses stayed closed for the day. Maybe it wasn’t the normal person cooking today. I will give them the benefit of doubt. The rest of our food was fine.

    Our experience could not have been any better. We were immediately sat, despite a full parking lot. Our server was incredibly friendly, polite, and professional. Both our appetizers and meals came out incredibly quickly and were delicious. Steaks were cooked perfectly.

    This place is always incredible, but their prices aren’t. They seem to go up every year. You don’t get as much food for the price as other restaurants in the area. The food you’re given however is almost always cooked perfectly. The seasoning on their steaks is probably the best in the area next to chili’s, but beware of its spiciness.

    Was eating here with a friend out of town and we went fairly early, got there about 430 pm. Now the staff was friendly and the food was cooked to perfection. I had no complaints from any of that. If you are wanting a good meal at a franchise place this Outback is a good one.

    We went to this location on Saturday 2/16 early in the afternoon. The service was very slow as we had an extremely long wait time to receive our food. I ordered a medium well 6 oz. sirloin that came to the table dry and charred looking. The waitress stated that “it looks like that because of the seasoning they put on it.” I sent the steak back and received a replacement that was just as disappointing. I had to send that steak back and just decided to eat broccoli as the rest of my party ate real food. I was extremely disappointed that a steakhouse was unable to cook a steak correctly. I will not be back to this location in the foreseeable future, as this is the second time that my steak was dry, tough and charred. The prices are too high to receive mediocre food.
